This account is designed for unincorporated, not-for-profit organizations only with no minimum balance requirements. This account does not earn interest.

Small Business Checking
This account is designed for sole proprietorships, not-for-profit organizations and governmental units with fewer than 25 deposits, 100 deposited items and 50 checks paid per month. If your account activity exceeds these levels, you may be asked to convert your account to a Commercial Checking account.

• Monthly maintenance fee of $8 is avoided if you maintain a minimum daily balance of $1,000 in your small business account
• $.30 per debit item (first 50 free)
• $.50 per deposit posted (first 25 free)
• $.12 per item deposited (first 100 free)

This account is designed for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, PAs, sole proprietorships and not-for-profits needing unrestricted transaction availability. This account does not earn interest. This account will receive an Earnings Allowance that will be netted against the activity charges.
