Security VISA® Check Card (debit card) allows you to make purchases with money in your checking account without writing a check (subject to approval). Your VISA® Check Card is your 24-hour ATM card too. You can make cash withdrawals, transfers and verify balances at any STAR ATM location. When you use an ATM not owned by us, you may be charged a fee (surcharge) by the ATM operator.
